IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ THIS RETURN & REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR REQUESTING HEALTHCARE SERVICES, PRESCRIPTION TREATMENTS, OR RELATED PRODUCTS THROUGH BLUE NORTH MEDICAL.

BLUE NORTH MEDICAL PROVIDES ACCESS TO PERSONALIZED TELEHEALTH SERVICES AND MEDICALLY SUPERVISED TREATMENT OPTIONS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS, CERTAIN PURCHASES MAY BE SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND RESTRICTIONS.

ALL PRESCRIPTION TREATMENTS REQUIRE AN APPROPRIATE CLINICAL EVALUATION AND AUTHORIZATION BY A LICENSED OR OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL.

IF A PATIENT IS DETERMINED TO BE MEDICALLY INELIGIBLE FOR A REQUESTED PRESCRIPTION TREATMENT, ANY PAYMENT COLLECTED SPECIFICALLY FOR MEDICATION THAT HAS NOT BEEN DISPENSED WILL BE REFUNDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN DISPENSED GENERALLY CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR RESTOCKING OR RESALE DUE TO APPLICABLE PHARMACY REGULATIONS AND PATIENT SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.

NOTHING IN THIS POLICY LIMITS ANY REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR OTHER REMEDY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Blue North Medical (“Blue North Medical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes the conditions governing cancellations, refunds, returns, and payment adjustments associated with healthcare services and prescription treatments requested through our website located at https://bluenorthmedical.com/ (the “Website”).

The Website and Services are operated under the Blue North Medical brand by [Insert Full Registered Legal Entity Name].

Blue North Medical facilitates access to personalized healthcare services through authorized healthcare professionals and, when appropriate, coordinates prescription fulfillment with licensed pharmacies.

We are committed to providing clear information regarding payments, treatment eligibility, cancellation procedures, and the resolution of transaction or fulfillment concerns.

Because healthcare services and prescription medications are subject to medical, safety, and legal requirements, our refund and return procedures may differ from those commonly offered by traditional retail businesses.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, and any additional payment or treatment-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.

2. Medical Evaluation and Treatment Approval

Blue North Medical offers a patient-centered healthcare process in which treatment decisions are made following an appropriate clinical evaluation.

Depending on the service requested, patients may be required to complete a medical intake questionnaire and provide information regarding their medical history, current health conditions, medications, allergies, and treatment objectives.

This information is reviewed by a licensed or otherwise authorized healthcare professional who determines whether the requested treatment is medically appropriate.

The medical evaluation may result in:

  • Approval of a requested treatment when medically appropriate.

  • A recommendation for an alternative treatment.

  • A request for additional medical information or laboratory testing.

  • A recommendation for an in-person consultation.

  • A determination that the requested treatment is inappropriate or contraindicated.

  • A decision not to prescribe medication.

Submitting an intake form, requesting a consultation, or completing a payment does not guarantee medical approval or the issuance of a prescription.

Healthcare professionals retain independent authority over medical decisions and prescription authorization.

3. Refunds for Patients Not Approved for Treatment

If payment has been collected in advance for a prescription medication and the evaluating healthcare professional determines that the patient is not eligible for the requested treatment, the patient will receive a full refund of the amount paid specifically for that medication, provided it has not been dispensed.

This may occur when:

  • The patient does not satisfy the clinical eligibility requirements.

  • The requested medication is contraindicated based on medical history or other relevant factors.

  • The healthcare professional determines that the treatment would not be medically appropriate.

  • The requested prescription cannot lawfully be issued.

  • Additional medical concerns prevent the requested treatment from being authorized.

Where the patient has paid for a medication that is not approved and will not be dispensed, Blue North Medical will coordinate the applicable refund through the responsible billing or payment processing provider.

Fees for separate services, such as a completed medical consultation or laboratory testing, may be governed by additional payment terms if those charges were clearly disclosed and agreed to before purchase.

Any payment collected for an undelivered service or product will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and consumer protection requirements.

4. Prescription Medication Returns

Due to medication safety considerations and applicable pharmacy regulations, prescription medications that have been dispensed to a patient generally cannot be returned for restocking or resale.

This restriction may apply to:

  • Prescription medications prepared or dispensed by licensed pharmacies.

  • Personalized or patient-specific medications.

  • Compounded prescription medications.

  • Injectable medications.

  • Oral prescription treatments.

  • Other prescription pharmaceutical products dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription.

Medication quality and safety may be affected by storage conditions, temperature changes, handling, contamination, or other factors occurring after dispensing.

For these reasons, Blue North Medical and participating pharmacies generally do not accept routine returns of dispensed prescription medications based solely on a patient’s change of preference or decision not to use the medication.

Patients should not ship prescription medications back to Blue North Medical or a participating pharmacy unless specifically instructed to do so by an authorized representative.

A restriction on physical returns does not eliminate the patient’s rights concerning incorrect products, fulfillment errors, billing mistakes, defective products, or other circumstances requiring an appropriate remedy.

5. Cancellation of Prescription Orders

Patients who wish to cancel a medication request should contact Blue North Medical as soon as possible.

The ability to cancel an order may depend on its current status.

5.1 Before Medical Approval

If a patient requests cancellation before clinical approval, any payment collected for medication that has not been dispensed will be eligible for a refund, subject to any separately disclosed and applicable service fees.

5.2 After Medical Approval but Before Pharmacy Processing

When a prescription has been approved but has not entered preparation, dispensing, or another noncancelable pharmacy fulfillment stage, a cancellation request may be accommodated.

The request will be evaluated based on the order status and applicable pharmacy procedures.

5.3 After Pharmacy Preparation or Dispensing

Once a prescription medication has been prepared, compounded, or dispensed, cancellation or refund eligibility may be restricted.

Patient-specific preparation and pharmacy fulfillment processes may involve costs that cannot be recovered.

Any applicable charges or nonrefundable fees must have been appropriately disclosed before purchase.

5.4 After Shipment

Once a prescription medication has been dispensed and shipped, routine cancellation or return may no longer be possible.

Concerns involving delivery errors, damaged shipments, incorrect medications, or other fulfillment problems will be handled under the relevant sections of this Policy.

6. Telehealth Consultation and Clinical Service Fees

Blue North Medical may facilitate healthcare services that involve professional consultation, clinical evaluation, medical record review, laboratory coordination, or other healthcare-related activities.

Fees associated with these services may be separate from the cost of prescription medications.

When applicable, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on whether the requested service has been performed and on the terms disclosed before payment.

A consultation fee may remain payable when an authorized healthcare professional has completed the agreed clinical service, even if the evaluation does not result in a prescription, provided this condition was clearly disclosed and is legally permissible.

If a patient is charged for a consultation or other service that is not provided, the charge will be reviewed for an appropriate refund or payment adjustment.

If Blue North Medical or a participating provider must cancel a paid appointment without providing the service, the patient may be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund, consistent with the transaction terms and applicable law.

7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Medications

We recognize that fulfillment errors or product-related issues may occasionally occur.

If you receive a medication that appears incorrect, damaged, defective, improperly packaged, or otherwise inconsistent with the prescription or order, please contact Blue North Medical promptly.

Examples of concerns that should be reported include:

  • Receipt of the wrong medication.

  • Incorrect dosage or strength.

  • Damaged or compromised packaging.

  • Missing medication or shipment contents.

  • Suspected medication contamination.

  • Evidence that required storage or shipping conditions may not have been maintained.

  • Other discrepancies between the authorized prescription and the product received.

Please provide the relevant order information and a description of the issue.

Photographs of the packaging or affected product may be requested when appropriate, using an authorized communication method.

Blue North Medical will coordinate review of the concern with the responsible pharmacy or fulfillment provider.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may involve replacement, correction of the order, refund, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

Do not use a medication that you reasonably believe is incorrect, contaminated, compromised, or unsafe. Contact the dispensing pharmacy or your healthcare professional for guidance.

Suspected severe adverse reactions or medical emergencies require immediate medical attention.

8. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Prescription fulfillment and delivery may be coordinated through appropriately licensed pharmacies and authorized shipping providers.

Delivery availability, shipping requirements, and transportation conditions may depend on the medication, pharmacy, destination, and applicable regulations.

If an order is delayed, missing, incorrectly delivered, or arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact Blue North Medical.

Our support team may coordinate with the responsible pharmacy or shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Circumstances subject to review may include:

  • Lost shipments.

  • Delivery to an incorrect address.

  • Shipping damage.

  • Missing items.

  • Fulfillment discrepancies.

  • Temperature-sensitive medications that may have experienced unsuitable transportation conditions.

Refunds, replacements, or other corrective measures will depend on the documented circumstances and applicable legal obligations.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with any reasonable delivery or storage instructions.

However, Blue North Medical will not use address or delivery conditions to exclude responsibility for errors attributable to the company, participating providers, or shipping services where applicable law requires a remedy.

9. Medication Storage and Handling

Certain prescription medications may require specific storage conditions, including refrigeration or protection from excessive heat, light, or moisture.

Patients should review and follow the storage instructions provided by the dispensing pharmacy or healthcare professional.

If a medication arrives with suspected damage, temperature exposure, or another quality concern, contact the dispensing pharmacy or Blue North Medical before using the product.

Medication safety concerns should be evaluated by an appropriately qualified professional.

Requests for replacement or refund involving alleged storage or shipping failures will be reviewed based on the relevant circumstances, including dispensing information, shipping records, product requirements, and applicable law.

Patients should not use medications that they believe may have been compromised without obtaining appropriate professional guidance.

10. Nonprescription Products and Other Purchases

If Blue North Medical offers nonprescription products, wellness items, or other merchandise, those products may be subject to separate return conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Return eligibility may depend on factors including:

  • Product category.

  • Packaging integrity.

  • Safety and hygiene considerations.

  • Product condition.

  • Time elapsed since delivery.

  • Applicable consumer protection laws.

Any specific return period, eligibility condition, or restocking charge will be communicated before purchase where required.

Prescription medication restrictions should not automatically be applied to products that are not subject to the same legal or safety requirements.

11. Subscription Programs and Recurring Payments

Certain healthcare programs may offer ongoing services, recurring medication fulfillment, or other subscription-based arrangements.

If such programs are offered, the relevant terms will be disclosed before enrollment.

These disclosures may include:

  • Amount and frequency of recurring charges.

  • Services or products included in the program.

  • Billing dates and renewal conditions.

  • Cancellation procedures.

  • Applicable cancellation deadlines.

  • Conditions governing refunds or outstanding charges.

Where required by law, recurring billing will be subject to express authorization.

Patients may request cancellation of future recurring services using the cancellation methods made available for the applicable program.

Cancellation of future recurring charges does not necessarily reverse charges for services already provided or medications already dispensed.

Recurring billing arrangements will be governed by the specific terms presented and accepted at enrollment, together with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

12. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, Blue North Medical or the responsible payment processor will initiate the applicable payment adjustment.

Refunds will ordinarily be directed to the original payment method, unless an alternative is required or appropriately authorized.

The time required for funds to appear in an account may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, financial institution, and transaction method.

Additional processing time may apply in circumstances requiring investigation or coordination with a participating healthcare provider or pharmacy.

Patients may contact our support team to request information about the status of a refund.

Blue North Medical will not withhold or unreasonably delay refunds in violation of applicable law.

13. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe that a charge was made incorrectly, duplicated, or associated with a service or product you did not authorize, please contact Blue North Medical.

Our team may review:

  • Transaction records.

  • Payment confirmations.

  • Relevant order information.

  • Service or consultation status.

  • Pharmacy fulfillment records where applicable.

  • Other information necessary to investigate the concern.

Confirmed billing errors will be addressed through an appropriate correction or refund.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have to dispute a charge through your card issuer, financial institution, or another legally authorized process.

14. Medical Treatment Outcomes

Healthcare services and prescription treatments may produce different results depending on a patient’s medical history, health conditions, treatment adherence, and other individual factors.

Blue North Medical does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or medical improvements.

A patient’s dissatisfaction with a medical outcome does not, by itself, establish that a completed professional service or properly dispensed medication is refundable.

However, concerns regarding professional conduct, treatment quality, medication errors, billing, or service delivery will be evaluated in accordance with applicable laws, professional responsibilities, and the circumstances involved.

Nothing in this Policy limits a patient’s rights or remedies concerning medical negligence, defective products, or other legally actionable conduct.

15. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

If you need assistance with a cancellation, refund, return restriction, billing discrepancy, or shipment problem, please contact Blue North Medical using the contact information below.

When submitting your request, please provide the information reasonably necessary to identify and review the transaction, such as:

  • Your full name.

  • Order or transaction number, if available.

  • Date of purchase.

  • General description of the issue.

  • Relevant photographs or supporting information, if requested.

For your privacy, please avoid including detailed medical histories, sensitive clinical records, or other protected health information in ordinary unsecured emails.

Additional information may be requested through an appropriate secure communication channel.

Each request will be reviewed according to the applicable payment terms, clinical circumstances, pharmacy requirements, and relevant laws.

16. Geographic and Regulatory Considerations

Blue North Medical currently facilitates telehealth consultations, treatments, and prescription services for eligible patients physically located within the State of Florida.

Prescription services and medication fulfillment are subject to applicable federal and state regulations.

Certain products may not be available for dispensing or delivery under particular circumstances.

If a requested medication cannot lawfully be prescribed or dispensed and payment has already been collected for the undelivered medication, the applicable medication charge will be refunded.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to override applicable pharmacy laws, healthcare regulations, or consumer protection rights.

17. Changes to This Policy

Blue North Medical may revise this Return & Refund Policy to reflect changes in its services, pharmacy relationships, operational procedures, or applicable legal requirements.

Updated versions will be published on our Website with a revised effective date.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with transactions completed under previously applicable terms when prohibited by law.

The version and applicable transaction-specific disclosures in effect at the time of purchase will be considered when reviewing refund or cancellation requests.

18. Relationship to Other Policies

This Return & Refund Policy should be read together with our other applicable documents, including:

  • Terms of Service.

  • Privacy Policy.

  • Consent to Telehealth.

  • Medical Disclaimer.

  • SMS / Mobile Communications Terms.

  • Applicable treatment-specific agreements.

  • Any additional billing or subscription terms presented before purchase.

If a service or product is governed by additional clearly disclosed conditions, those conditions will apply to the extent consistent with applicable law.
